I am an attorney in Phoenix, Arizona working in a mid-sized law firm. My practice revolves around representing people and businesses in managing their legal risks. The majority of my time is spent helping clients negotiate or litigate on contract or business related issues. This includes breach of contract, business divorce, fraud, creditor’s rights, real estate and employment issues.
